I hate calling any auto shop for repair because 1, I am a woman so I don't like being talked down to and 2, I don't know anything about auto mechanics and then being billed for things I don't understand. So it was a breath of fresh air when I called Mike and Sons. Nicest lady who answered the phone, and then coming in to someone who was professional and willing to talk to me in layman's terms. Thank you, Manny! I really appreciate small businesses like these. Trustworthy, professional and customer-service oriented.

I had an urgent issue with a tire that had a screw stick I the tread. The tire was losing air pressure and I didn’t feel safe driving it. I called Mike and Sons who said to bring it in and they were able to fix it right away. I really appreciated their prompt and helpful service. Thank you!

I brought in my 2013 Mazda3 that I've put >120,000 miles on for an oil change. I've taken it to several other mechanics for maintenance and even asked about several components that I thought would have needed maintenance due to the mileage. I was always told nothing additional was needed but I noticed differences in the way my car was driving. After dropping it off, I got a call from Manny at the desk detailing a laundry list of things that were dirty, dying, or worn to the point of near danger. I got a quote that was very close to the end price, and was able to pick up my car when they said I would be able to, not even a week later. Mike was friendly and explained the work done on my vehicle when I picked it up without being condescending. Now, my car drives as well as when I took it off the lot in '13 and I have a new favorite mechanic! I'll definitely be back to Mike and Sons Automotive again.
