I had a really good experience coming to this shop. Froy explained everything to me and even drew a picture to illustrate, which, as a visual learner, I really appreciated. I was able to drop off my car as a walk-in on a Monday morning and picked up before the shop closed EOD. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because of the price. A diagnostic by itself is $210!!! Ridiculous.
