I just started to go to this shop because I was tired of the runaround and constant need for services while going to the dealerships. I am glad that I decided to break that habit. I have started bringing my car and my daughters' car here for service. My wife will be coming next time she needs service as well. Manny explained all that was wrong with the car and helped me prioritize what was actually needed and when. He and the shop have helped me save hundreds already. On my car specifically They were able to get my oil changed an inspection and service plan for far less than the dealership. My daughters car had drivetrain replacements (a arms and also The shop was able to point out a wrong bolt that did not have the correct retention cotter pin as well as a mis-sized bolt in that same service) that got done in a less than a single day where anything including oil changes at a dealership take at least 8 hours or more. This shop will help spell out the need and the problem in an understandable way. And any of the services feel like they are not pushed or forced on me. Manny is a very approachable and experienced manager at Mike and Sons Auto. Since, bringing my vehicle to this shop I havent had any further issues. You can trust this shop to get to the bottom of what may be going on with your vehicle. Prices are competitive.

Mike and Sons always do great work! They stand by their work. Had AC fixed, compressor was bad. They replaced it and after a month the compressor stopped working, defective compressor. No fault of the shop. They replaced it for free! Manny and staff are always friendly and kept me up to speed on the repair.

Price under estimate and rear end differential work done on time in one day. Office manager explained the work completely. Gave two year warranty.

I was looking for a new auto care business and took my car to Mike & Son’s Automotive. I made an appointment for regular maintenance. After mentioning that I hadn't been getting help from the dealership with a new side mirror, they happily ordered a replacement. Along with having a new side mirror installed, I purchased a new set of tires. The staff was very friendly and kept me updated on the status of the services I was having done. Easy Peasy. I would highly recommend them.

Great Customer Service, the mechanic took care of my problem right away, and so glad I discovered that they have the location next to Macy’s at ArdenFair Mall.

Manny specifically went above and beyond for me. I came in in a panic! The car had had a problem 7 miles down the road on the freeway. He stayed calm with me, was very transparent about what they could do to help, and walked me through what they did and what I needed to do further once it was ready for pick up. I felt like I was in good hands and comfortably made it the two hour drive home. Thank you!
