I brought in my 2013 Mazda3 that I've put >120,000 miles on for an oil change. I've taken it to several other mechanics for maintenance and even asked about several components that I thought would have needed maintenance due to the mileage. I was always told nothing additional was needed but I noticed differences in the way my car was driving. After dropping it off, I got a call from Manny at the desk detailing a laundry list of things that were dirty, dying, or worn to the point of near danger. I got a quote that was very close to the end price, and was able to pick up my car when they said I would be able to, not even a week later. Mike was friendly and explained the work done on my vehicle when I picked it up without being condescending. Now, my car drives as well as when I took it off the lot in '13 and I have a new favorite mechanic! I'll definitely be back to Mike and Sons Automotive again.

Great service. I brought my car in for a "noise." The purpose of the noise was explained and fixed. What I really liked about the service was the inspection. The issues with my car were explained and prioritized by what should be repaired first. I was pleased not to have the tough sell or scare tactics that I've gotten from other repair shops I've taken my car to in the past. I will be bringing my car back to have additional repairs.

Incredibly appreciative of the service I received! My oil change was thorough and Froy walked me through everything they did in layman’s terms. I was grateful to not have to deal with a dealership trying to upsell me and take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I will continue to bring my car here! Cannot recommend enough.

Mike and Sons was fantastic! My truck had a suspected starter issue and they didn't charge me until they were sure and were generous enough to take a look at the truck on two separate occasions. Once they determined it was the starter and the battery, they were able to repair the truck the same day. Wonderful service and they really care about their customers. Michael also made sure to follow up a few days after the repair and sent another follow up message a few months later. My truck is old so they will definitely be seeing me again :)

As a woman, calling a mechanic is something I normally dread - I've had many experiences filled with misogyny and feeling talked down to, all because I needed the help of a business that should, in theory, be there to help. I'm happy to report that I have never once felt this way calling or taking my car into Mike and Sons/Paul's Automotive! From the moment I call to the last point of contact when picking my car up, whoever I have the pleasure of working with is kind, knowledge, and takes my concerns seriously.
