I just wanted to write a quick review about my experience with Mike and sons. One Saturday morning on my way to work I noticed as I was driving., the psi on my tire fell from 34 to 14 overnight. It was extremely early in the morning and and no automotive shop was open and I don't know how to put air in my tire. When I got to work and took my break, I gave Mike and sons a call because they are near the gym where I work out I spoke to Tracy and she was so sweet and very concerned that my tire pressure was so low. I was able to make it over to Mike and sons after work and within 30 minutes they had found the problem and patched the hole. I would highly and I emphasize highly recommend this business. They were fast, efficient and also were concerned for my safety. They are located next to the Macys in the Arden mall and it's a fabulous location. If you need car work done, I would absolutely recommend this business.

So very happy with my service at Mike and Sons. I would highly recommend this business. I know everyone is always looking for a mechanic they can trust and get a fair price. This is a great place. They have a location downtown and one at Arden fair mall. The one downtown is called Paul's automotive and the one at Arden fair mall is called Mike and Sons. Sooner-or later., everyone is going to need something done on their car and honestly, you can't go wrong here . I guarantee you! I highly recommend this business.

I dreaded going to a repair shop for my 2014 Honda Civic as I assumed countless issues were going to be identified and I’d be judged upon for lack of routine care/repair and to be told it would cost an arm and a leg to fix them. Manny and team from Mike and Sons Automotive did exactly the opposite. They were kind, informative, not judgmental, and fair in pricing for all of the issues that were identified. They even fixed the skid plate that was torn off and damaged free of charge. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever gotten from a repair shop. I live in San Francisco but I would definitely go out of my way to Sac to get my repairs done by Mike and Sons. Thanks again team!

We found the kindness, thoroughness, integrity and honesty of Mike and Sons was far above any business we have dealt with in years. When we called to schedule service, we were able to talk to a real person on the phone who was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Once we arrived, the service rep, Manny, treated us like gold, and we enjoyed the time we spent with him. He clearly explained all of our options and made recommendations that were best for us financially. After service was finished, he explained all of the findings in detail, including texting photos with explanations. He even refused to charge us for diagnostic work on a part that could not be repaired in their shop. For the frosting on the cake, Mike and Sons actually share a parking lot with Macy's at the Arden Center Mall, so we were able to easily get lunch, walk and shop while waiting for our car. We highly recommend this family business.

I went to Mike and Sons after getting two different opinions about my car and wanting a third shop to take a look. I’m so glad I did. They did a full inspection, and Manny explained everything clearly and patiently—better than any other mechanic I’ve worked with. They saved me a few thousand dollars by being honest about what my car doesn’t need yet. I wanted to leave a review because the great ratings are what convinced me to try them, and they absolutely lived up to them. I'm definitely taking my car back here!
