Mike and Sons is THE shop to go to when you need car repair. My car needed repair work and it had to go through a third party warranty to help pay for the work. Manny was up front with all costs, handled the warranty company and communicated with me almost daily. I’ll be bringing my cars there from now on.

Very helpful and friendly, even though I messed up the scheduling and there wasn't time for the original inspection. They provided me multiple options and when I turned them down they still helped me out. If I ever need a mechanic when in Sacramento I will be coming here again.

My wife, Jackie's 2007 Toyota Solara starter motor suddenly was not engaging each time when she tried to start the car, and it stranded her in a Raley's parking lot. Being long-time customers of Paul's Automotive, I called them, but they were booked for several days. When I talked to their sister shop, Mike and Sons, Store Manager - Manny Reyes, said he could get a tech on it as soon as we got the car towed to him. It arrived late afternoon, and by the following morning, the diagnosis was confirmed, and a new starter was ordered. The car was ready for pick-up later that same afternoon. 24 hours from serious problem to complete repair is stellar service, and Mike and Sons, and Manny and his crew deserve a real shout-out. Manny took Jackie"s Toyota Solara into the shop as soon as it was dropped off by the tow truck. By the next morning, he had analyzed the starter problem and a replacement was ordered. By 4 pm that afternoon, it was ready for pick-up. 24 hour turn-around. Thank-you, Manny.
