Rather than charging me for all kinds of work, Froylan asked me a few questions to get a general diagnosis. He mentioned that given my transmission had overheated multiple times and the mileage on my car, fixing the transmission may simply reveal another costly repair, and maybe it was time to consider a replacement. He didn't take advantage of me despite knowing that I was from out of town and that he may never see me again. Instead, he took his time to educate me on car healthy and advised me on my options. I was in a vulnerable spot having potentially put my family in an unsafe situation in an aging car. Yet, Froylan listened and empathized rather than just try to move on with his day. What a guy. It's incredibly refreshing to find a shop I feel I could trust when I have left several dissatisfied.
