Great Customer Service, the mechanic took care of my problem right away, and so glad I discovered that they have the location next to Macy’s at ArdenFair Mall.

Manny specifically went above and beyond for me. I came in in a panic! The car had had a problem 7 miles down the road on the freeway. He stayed calm with me, was very transparent about what they could do to help, and walked me through what they did and what I needed to do further once it was ready for pick up. I felt like I was in good hands and comfortably made it the two hour drive home. Thank you!

I have trusted Mike & Son to maintain and repair my 2012 Nissan for several years, and they continue to earn my confidence. Most recently, they repaired an engine oil leak and replaced a tie rod, and as always, the work was done professionally. The manager, Tracy, is a true gem. Her follow through, communication, and genuine care for customers are exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly. I've also worked with Manny on previous visits. He is an excellent listener who takes the time to explain the mechanic's recommendations in a way that's easy to understand. If there is any uncertainty about whether a repair is actually needed, he makes sure the vehicle is checked first before recommending the work. He then provides a clear estimate, which I really appreciate. What truly sets Mike & Son apart is their commitment to customer service. On one visit, a new mechanic accidentally left greasy fingerprints on my fabric driver's seat. When Tracy learned about it, she personally drove to my home to clean the seat herself. I was genuinely impressed. That level of accountability and dedication is rare these days. If you're looking for an honest repair shop with skilled mechanics and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Mike & Son. They have earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle back.

Oil changes, new brakes, full inspection with photos of all items inspected, and the best service I've ever had from an auto shop. They don't disappoint.

Outstanding service from intake with Traci to work on the vehicle. They also identified the need for new tires based on tread wear. I appreciate the owner and staff focus on recommending, offering, and providing preventative maintenance to keep the car in its best and safest condition.

Excellent place! Highly recommend. Manny was fantastic and his crew was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate to our dilemma. Having just purchased a previously owned car for my daughter, graduating college, We drove the vehicle to Sacramento. After realizing it needed service and we were only in town for just a few days, Manny’s team identified the problems, sent pictures to me and gave me options for repair. All in a timely manner to my timetable. They were up front and extremely honest, which is of high value to me. Once I left town, they continued to work with my daughter and made her feel safe about the car. She now has a permanent place in Mike and Sons for future care maintenance. As a father, this gives me great relief knowing my daughter’s car is in good hands. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Exceptional service and peace of mind is what they give you!
