Family owned business. Best experience I have had with a shop in YEARS. I highly recommend Mike and Sons for all things automotive. They are professional, personable, listen and explain everything in detail. Above all - they know what they are talking about, have experienced techs and professional staff. I am a woman, which unfortunately means most shops try to pull one over on me as the dealer tried. I got a second opinion from Mike and Sons and received honest feedback on what I need, and what I didn't need but was told I did. You can't go wrong with this shop and it's location on Q Street directly off the freeway. It made for a perfect walk to work in the morning (14 mins) and back to the shop after - of course there are other options, but I work on Capitol Mall so it was perfect for me to get my steps in.

I came to this place after reading reviews on Google. I have been lied to by mechanics before and to be honest, had low expectations. These guys made me have faith in humanity. Manny is transparent and answers all questions without "mansplaining." The staff is super nice and make you feel comfortable! My hubby and I decided that this will be our place to go to.

I went here last year and must have forgotten to review. My car was having trouble starting, and I called AAA, and they thought it was a faulty battery. I replaced it and was still having issues. I took it to another car repair shop that is usually pretty good. I explained to them everything I thought it could possibly be... Fuel line, starter, battery, etc. Frustratingly, they weren't even able to identify the issue. Finally, I brought my car to Mike & Sons and they were able to figure out the issue within a day or so. They fixed it and did some other maintenance on my car as well. Super nice and professional, and fixed my car when no one else could!

They are fantastic and honest! Not something I'm used to. Manny is the best!!! Reccomend!

My 2011 Mazda 3

I first tried this shop because it was next to my work. I now work from home, a solid 45 mins away and I still bring my car here. The team is considerate, patient with all my questions and always takes the time to talk me through the repairs and maintenance. I feel well informed because of the way they handle business. The work they do, whether regularly scheduled maintenance or more urgent/critical repairs is top notch. Valentino (my Fiat) and I will always come to Mike and Sons.

I needed my wheel bearings replaced..Great Customer Service..Job was completed in a timely manner, Manny was honest and straightforward! I will definitely come back if my Expedition needs to be repaired again
