I have never found a better business to take my car for everything. The people that work their are so helpful and know what they are doing. I would never consider taking my car any place but to Mike and Sons.

Rather than charging me for all kinds of work, Froylan asked me a few questions to get a general diagnosis. He mentioned that given my transmission had overheated multiple times and the mileage on my car, fixing the transmission may simply reveal another costly repair, and maybe it was time to consider a replacement. He didn't take advantage of me despite knowing that I was from out of town and that he may never see me again. Instead, he took his time to educate me on car healthy and advised me on my options. I was in a vulnerable spot having potentially put my family in an unsafe situation in an aging car. Yet, Froylan listened and empathized rather than just try to move on with his day. What a guy. It's incredibly refreshing to find a shop I feel I could trust when I have left several dissatisfied.

The team at Mike and Sons is professional, responsive, and friendly. I have taken my 2007 Cadillac CTS there multiple times for a variety of repairs and I am always satisfied with the result. An excellent experience. From talking to Tracie on the phone, to Froy, my service advisor, to Martin, my tech, who used extreme care to raise my Tesla with the lifting pucks. Great job team!

Great job working on my Tesla Model Y. The tires are rotated and properly inflated. They were checked for signs of atypical wear and luckily none was found. Extreme care was taken to lift the car with the manufacturer recommended "Pucks". Great experience from the call to giving me the car back after they test drove it for feel.
