Mike's business model is based on transparency with photos of the parts from your car sent to you via text/email BEFORE work is done. Floy (sorry for butchering your name!) was professional, helpful and took the time to answer my questions. My husband has always been a loyal "dealership only" customer until he discovered a service marked completed wasn't. Seeing is believing isn't just a throwback saying.
