I had a really good experience coming to this shop. Froy explained everything to me and even drew a picture to illustrate, which, as a visual learner, I really appreciated. I was able to drop off my car as a walk-in on a Monday morning and picked up before the shop closed EOD. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because of the price. A diagnostic by itself is $210!!! Ridiculous.

I’ve been going to mike and sons for about 2 years now. I have never once felt like I should go somewhere else. The customer service and transparency they provide is like no other with detailed reports and pictures. They always give their recommendation and never feel like they are just trying to nickel and dime me. Usually Froy is there to help me but even mike himself. It’s a great shop and I will always take my cars there while I’m living in the Sacramento area. Oh I forgot last time I had my brakes done they even vacuumed my floors!
