As a woman, calling a mechanic is something I normally dread - I've had many experiences filled with misogyny and feeling talked down to, all because I needed the help of a business that should, in theory, be there to help. I'm happy to report that I have never once felt this way calling or taking my car into Mike and Sons/Paul's Automotive! From the moment I call to the last point of contact when picking my car up, whoever I have the pleasure of working with is kind, knowledge, and takes my concerns seriously. I cannot possibly say enough to convey how appreciative I am of these guys! Thank you all for being so incredible!
